The purpose of the solution page is:
- Can be used as an technical page
- To show expertise through writing an article
- Add in keywords (i.e. type of products, industry, technical keywords) so as to make the page easier to rank in Google
- Acts as your elevator pitch, to showcase to customer how different products come & work together
- Without showing too much technical specifications so as to stay competitive
- More suitable for products like LaVision, where products are better explained/interpreted through case studies.

- Personal suggestion: use it like a blog or a case study report instead of the product page.
- Add links to keywords (i.e. techniques/products) to other parts of this website. You can also link back to any other analytical website.
- This page can also become your “portfolio” page, where you can send customers relevant information in your emails by providing the links to this posts
- This also applies to your technique posts.

How to get started:
What do you need to prepare:
- Title
- Content of the article
- Photos
- Sub headers
- links that you wish to add into the article
- Category & Tags
- I have created 2 separate Main Categories :Solutions or Techniques
- Decide what types of solutions/techniques category you wish to place under (i.e. spectroscopic techniques) (i.e. life sciences, pharmaceutical, defences)
- *You would have to decide on this.
- Tags
- any terms that you wish to “tag” this post under
- i.e. product names, solutions type,
- Related Products (if any)
- Related Solutions
Next, you can start writing down the article yourself, or find someone that can periodically update for you.
- Go to Post > Add New
- Write down title
- Go to right hand corner
- insert Category (either solutions / techniques)
- Go to tags (below Category)
- Insert featured image
- Under Yoast SEO
- Insert focus keyphrase
- insert meta description
- Go to top of page
- Click edit with elementor to start inserting your article
- Once you are in elementor, you can drag and drop either header or text in the article
- To insert links, highlight text & press Ctrl+K.
- When you have finished, insert template “related to products & solutions”
- Fill in the related products & solutions.
- Click publish (green button at bottom left hand corner)
- Preview changes to check all links are working (eye icon)
- Exit page (press x)
